Electricians Register is owned and operated by the 'BT Customerstreet' group ("'BT Customerstreet'"). 'BT Customerstreet' is a UK based company and so all legal issues related to this agreement shall be construed and determined by UK law and legal system and full jurisdiction is given to the UK courts.

By accessing this site you ("user") accept and agree to be bound to these terms of use ("terms"), if you do not fully accept to be bound by these terms please do not use the website. These terms may be modified at any time by 'BT Customerstreet' at any time; users are bound by this modification as soon as they return to Electricians Register so please check these terms periodically.

Electricians Register is a service mark of 'BT Customerstreet'. All contents of this website are owned by 'BT Customerstreet' including but not limited to text, graphics and logos are protected by copyright law unless otherwise stated. Company names, logos and websites are copyright their respective owners. Electricians Register contains licensed data from BT.

Permitted Use

The user is permitted to view Electricians Register purely for personal, non-commercial use. Each user is permitted to submit up to 50 manual searches per day, users are not permitted to use automated query tools upon the search or any other part of Electricians Register. Data saved from Electricians Register may not be modified, reproduced, re-displayed other than printed directly from Electricians Register or distributed in any way. All material saved from Electricians Register must be destroyed upon breach of any of the terms laid out by this document.

Termination

Electricians Register may terminate access to the website or any part of these terms for any reason at any time without prior notice.

Users may terminate the agreement at any time, all material collected from Electricians Register must then be destroyed. Please note that returning to Electricians Register constitutes an agreement to these terms.
